We are an independent coffee roaster and coffeehouse in Honolulu, Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Since 2011 we have specialized in roasting Hawaii Coffee - coffee grown in Hawaii. Our roasting style is meant to bring out the the sweetness, origin, and the varietal characteristics of the coffee.
