Downtown Coffee Honolulu is an independent coffee roaster and coffeehouse in Hawaii. Since 2011 we have specialized in roasting coffee grown in Hawaii. Our roasting style is meant to bring out the varietal and origin characteristics and the sweetness of the coffees that we are able to source directly from local farms.
